1.  Cleaner

1)    Vibrate sifter

 

The wheat/maize flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance. Inside this surface, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper.

The wheat/maize through first sieve surface to the second sieve surface for continual filter.

The small impurity is discharged on the soleplate straightly, the clean stock on the upper sieve surface come to the discharging hopper through the suction road.

 

2)      Gravity classification stoner

Gravity classification stoner is multifunctional. It can remove stones, remove impurities and brush maize/wheat. It is mostly used in small maize/wheat flour milling machine capacities like 10-30 ton per day.


2. Degerminator

The degerminator can “scrub” the maize skin from the maize kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragment.

 

As the equipment for corn germs and corn endosperm separating, it can improve corn products quality and corn auxiliary products value. Degerminated kernels with low fat content.

 

Maize degerminator features:

Maize degerminator adopts dry method degermination with low fat content and reduces energy consumption and equipment cost.

Maize degerminator doesn’t need grain moisturing or water in dry method degermination. Compared with wet method, it is much more sanitary.

Maize degerminator doesn’t need steam for tempering in advance so as to save lots of cost.

 

3.   Roller mill

1) Manual roller mill

The Manual roller mill mainly used for the small capacity from 5T/D to 50T/24H flour mill lines. It is low cost but durable.

2) Automatic roller mill

Separate cylinder clutch rolling mechanism, to ensure the stability of the rolling distance, Independent and precise fine adjustment mechanism of mill gap.

Core mill with a rolling chamber from the suction, not powder;

The pneumatic servo feeding system has high sensitivity and good stability

The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal 

access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue-free cleaning possible.

 

The horizontal roll configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into the grinding zone, is easier for removal, installation and maintenance.

The speedy and tardy grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with advantages of high power transmission, no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.
